Whether you’re raising a dram on the big night itself or planning a more relaxed celebration earlier in the week, our seasonal menu means the festivities don’t have to be limited to the weekend.

Our chefs have created a comforting, flavour-packed selection inspired by classic Burns Night dishes, showcasing rich, warming ingredients and a touch of Scottish inspiration.

Starters

  • Soup of the Week: Lentil and ham hock soup
  • Whisky cured salmon with parkin crumb, cucumber and crème fraîche
  • Warm black pudding, red cabbage and apple salad

Mains

  • Traditional haggis, neeps and tatties with whisky cream
  • Treacle marinated venison steak with pearl barley, roast carrots and port jus
  • Smoked haddock fishcake with spinach, poached egg and bacon cream

Desserts

  • Honey and whisky mousse with raspberries and shortbread crumb
  • Marmalade bread and butter pudding with spiced custard
