Over the past two years, our Head Chef, Colin, has played a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our food offering — refining our menus, championing quality ingredients, and helping to establish the strong culinary identity our guests have come to love.
Colin has recently made the personal decision to step down into a Sous Chef role. While we will continue to benefit from his experience and creativity within the kitchen team, this change presents an exciting opportunity for us to welcome a new Head Chef to lead the next chapter of our culinary journey.
