1. Current Village Cards are valid until Friday 3rd September 2027.
  2. The Village Card is issued by The Northbrook Arms and remains subject to the terms and conditions of the scheme.
  3. Membership is primarily available to eligible residents of East Stratton who have registered for the scheme. The Northbrook Arms may extend membership to other individuals at the owners’ discretion.
  4. Each Village Card is individually numbered, named and issued to one registered member.
  5. Village Cards are personal and non-transferable and may not be loaned, shared, gifted or otherwise used by another person.
  6. A valid Village Card must be presented at the time of purchase for the discount to be applied. The Northbrook Arms reserves the right to request confirmation that the person presenting the card is the registered cardholder.
  7. Members receive 10% off eligible food and drink purchases at The Northbrook Arms.
  8. The discount may be applied to the bill for a table hosted by the cardholder, provided the registered cardholder is present and settles the bill.
  9. Village Card benefits for accommodation are available separately and should be arranged directly with The Northbrook Arms when booking. Please contact [email protected] to request your accommodation discount voucher code to use when booking online.
  10. Village Card discounts do not normally apply to ticketed events, private hire, functions, special events or specially negotiated bookings. Any benefit offered in these circumstances will be at the discretion of The Northbrook Arms and discussed on an individual basis.
  11. The Village Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount, unless specifically agreed by The Northbrook Arms.
  12. The Village Card has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used retrospectively against purchases already completed.
  13. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively where a card was not presented before the transaction was completed.
  14. Lost, stolen or damaged cards should be reported to The Northbrook Arms. Replacement cards may be issued at our discretion and the original card may be cancelled. Replacement cards may result in an alternative card number being issued.
  15. Membership does not automatically transfer to another member of the same household. Each card is issued to an individual registered member.
  16. If a member moves away from East Stratton during the validity period, continued membership will be at the owners’ discretion.
  17. The Northbrook Arms reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel a Village Card where it reasonably believes the card or its benefits are being misused.
  18. The Northbrook Arms reserves the right to amend the benefits, eligibility criteria or terms of the Village Card scheme, or to withdraw the scheme, at any time.
  19. Any exceptions to these terms are entirely at the discretion of the owners or management of The Northbrook Arms.
